Browse or search for your items
Use the top navigation bar to browse a category of items. For each category, you’ll find the artists and the craftsmen we have selected for you with their full range of goods. Use the left-hand navigation lists if you are familiar or wish to learn about regional arts and crafts, if you’re looking for the items of a specific artist or with a specific style.
The search box is there for you on nearly every page of our website.

Before adding an item to the Shopping Cart, do consider to insert a short text in the Free Personalization box next to the item’s price, if available. If you want to know more about how to customize your purchase, please view Free Personalization and Bespoke Goods .

Add your items to your Shopping Cart
Click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the product pages until the Cart contains all the products you wish to order. A preview of the Cart is always available for you by clicking the relevant link at the top of every page of our website.

Review your cart
When you’re happy with your purchase click the Checkout button in the Cart preview or at the bottom of the product page. Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order proceed to Checkout.

Register to open your personal account, sign in or checkout as a guest
We encourage you to register, as when you open a tesoriinc.com Account you’ll be able to see your order status and history, create a wish-list and share it and save your billing and shipping address for fast and easy checkout. If you do not wish to register at this time, you can checkout as a guest. 

Enter your address and payment method
Fill in the Billing and the Shipping information. The boxes marked with * are required. The e-mail address you provide here will be the one we use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own email address, even if you’re buying something for someone else. If you are buying a gift, you can add a message for the recipient on the Billing Information page. We’ll be happy to print it nicely and send it along with your gift. When you are ready click the Continue button.

Choose a payment method and provide payment information
Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. Check our Payment page if you have questions about the credit cards we accept and how we maintain the safety of your personal information. If you decide to use Paypal, you’ll be redirected to the Paypal website.

Check the accuracy of all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.

Place your order
When you are ready, click the Place Order button to submit your order.
While the payment is in progress, please do not close or refresh the website page. If you have opted to pay thru Paypal, wait to be directed back to our website after the payment: it’s important to effectively complete the order process.

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message.

Sometimes the payment cannot be processed because our Customers' banks are suspicious about International credit card payments and stop them. To solve the issue you have the following options:

• try to pay with another credit card
• call your bank and discuss the problem with them
• choose the Paypal option on the Payment Information page
